White Chicken Chili
An easy and delicious weeknight dinner! This recipe is full of so much flavor and even has a little kick to it

In a large pot over medium high heat, cook the chicken with the olive oil. Once 75% cooked, add in the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until the chicken is fully cooked and the veggies are soft.

Next add the beans, green chilis, chicken broth, water, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium low and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes.

Remove the chili from the heat. Stir in the sour cream and half and half.
