The first batch of Chili for the season is always the best! This recipe is very simple and is a great meal prep option!

    In a large pot, cook the meat over medium high heat until brown. Drain the meat and set aside.

    In the same pot cook the onions and peppers over medium high heat until translucent (a few minutes).

    Stir in the seasonings. Then add the meat back into the pot with the onions and peppers.

    While still on medium high heat, pour in the tomato paste, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, both kidney beans, and black beans. Mix everything together.

    Bring to a slight boil, then turn down to low and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
