Day 5 and the last day of my healthy apple recipes series! I think this might be my favorite recipe from the entire series!

    Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then add in the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Let the batter sit for about 10 minutes.

    Preheat your skillet or pan while waiting for the batter to be ready.

    After 10 minutes, coat your apples in the batter making sure to flip both sides.

  4. 4

    Cook the pancakes on the skillet or pan until both sides have browned.

    Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
