Pumpkin Baked Brie
This pastry is such an easy elevated appetizer idea! It’s the perfect crowd pleaser, plus it only requires 5 ingredients!

Roll out the pastry dough and place the Brie in the center. Cut horizontal and vertical lines on the Brie about 1/4 of the way deep.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Add this mixture to the top of the Brie. Then fold over the pastry dough to cover the Brie.

Place six pieces of string on a piece of parchment paper. Flip the Brie over and place on top of the strings. Tie the strings at the top to make a pumpkin shape.

Brush the pastry with the egg yoke. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut and remove the strings from the pastry. Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!
