Chicken Pot Pie: Halloween Edition
This is one of my favorite comfort meals! It’s full of so many flavors and is super easy to make!

Prep your pie pan by spraying or lining the pan. Then add the thawed bottom pie crust. Set aside.

In a large bowl combine chicken, veggies, cream of chicken, milk, cheese, seasonings, and green onions. Pour into the pie shell.

Lay out the other thawed pie crust and cut into desired shapes. Place the pie crust shapes on top of the pie dish. Brush with the egg wash.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until the crust is cooked through and golden brown. Let cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
