Dip in full fat buttermilk and coat in panko breadcrumbs mixed with cajun seasoning.

Coat a pan in olive oil and cook on medium for 10min per side, adding more oil when you flip.

Once golden brown, remove from heat and enjoy!!

Serve with pasta, on a sandwich, or however you like!!

These also store really well in the fridge for a day or two.
