Line a baking sheet with olive oil and set oven to 375.

Add thin sliced bell peppers (about 3 full sized ones) and 1 onion.

Add thin strips of chicken (about 1lb).

Season everything with s&p, oregano, paprika, cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes, garlic (or use a packet of taco seasoning).

Combine and bake for 35min.

Serve on tortillas and top with avocado + favorite toppings.
