    Combine one packet of active yeast with a cup and a half of lukewarm water.

    Add 3.25 cups of bread flour and 2tsp of salt and quickly combine.

    Cover with saran wrap and a tea towel and set a warm place to rise for 2 to 3 hours.

    Set oven to 450 and put your Dutch oven in about 20 minutes before it’s time to bake so we can get nice and hot.

    Transfer your dough onto flowered parchment paper and kind of shape it and place it (carefully) in your warm Dutch oven.

    Bake for 35 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 5 to 10 until the top is nice and brown.

    Remove from the oven and enjoy.
