    Crumble up the firm block of tofu into a bowl, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, a drizzle of golden syrup and a squeeze of lemon juice and pop into the air fryer for 10-15 mins until it’s nearly cooked.

    Pop 280g pasta on to boil

    Fry 5 chopped garlic cloves in 2 tbsp butter, then add the tub of cream cheese, 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tsp brown sugar, some salt and some fresh parsley.

    Add a ladle of the pasta water to the sauce and let it all simmer.

    Mix together in a bowl 1 tbsp of tomato Puree, 1Tsp smoked paprika and 2 tbsp of olive oil.

    Once the tofu is almost cooked, mix it into this bowl ensure it’s all coated and pop it back into the air fryer to crisp up.

    Add the tagliatelle into the sauce and give it a good mix, sprinkle half of the tofu into the pasta.

    Plate up the pasta and then top with some crispy tofu and fresh parsley.
