    Fry off 1 tsp of minced ginger with 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, add your vegan mince.

    Put your spaghetti on to boil in salted water.

    Season the mince with 1 tsp smoked paprika, pinch of white pepper, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 200ml vegan beef stock, 1 tbsp brown sugar, juice of 1 lime and coriander.

    Add your cooked spaghetti to the mince, with lots of crispy chilli oil, spring onion and more coriander.
