Cut the avocado and mango into cubes, put into a bowl with the lemon juice and mix.

In another bowl, mix the horse radish, crème fraîche and salt together.

Cut the prawns into small pieces.

Delicately layer the avocado and mango mix into the bottom of the glass.

Layer the crème fraîche mix on top, and then add the prawns as the final layer.

Top with some lemon zest, paprika to taste and dill for decoration.
