A dirty fries experience inspired by the French dish Tartiflette, from the Savoie region.

    Prepare the French fries.

    Cook the lardons in a pan over medium to high heat, splash of oil, until golden.

    Add the onion and cook for 10-12 minutes.

    Deglaze the pan with the white wine and reduce the heat, simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add some black pepper.

    Place the cooked fries in an ovenproof dish and spoon over the lardon and onion mixture.

    Slice the Reblochon and arrange the slices on top.

  8. 8

    Grill for 10 minutes until golden.
