Ingredients: 500 g strong white bread flour (I used Leckford Estate flour); 60 g caster sugar; 10 g salt; 7 g dried yeast; 1 egg (No 1. Longstock Gold Free Range Eggs, it makes a huge difference!); 1 egg yolk; 1 egg (for the egg wash); 70 ml vegetable oil; 200 ml lukewarm water; sesame seeds (for sprinkling); honey (for dipping (optional), I used Waitrose No.1 New Zealand Monofloral Manuka Honey)
