Apparently I’m a pumpkin spice girly now. I hate this for me but this recipe is actually really good.

Bake for 45-60 minutes at 180°C or until nice and golden on the top.

Cut into 8 slices once cooled.

Freeze the loaf with baking paper between each slice and then just reheat in the oven as needed.
Notes
Top with a big spoonful of full fat Greek yoghurt, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, and some extra apple sauce.
