PANCAKE TACOS
These are such a fun breakfast They’re a great way to get protein in and to change up your pancakes! Save for later

Add the oats, protein powder, baking powder, banana, egg and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Spray a pan with oil or use butter and heat it up on a medium heat. Pour in a spoonful of batter. Fry on either side for 3 minutes or so until bubbles form then flip. You may need to turn down the heat if it gets too hot so you don’t burn the pancakes. Repeat until the batter is gone (I got 4 pancakes so there will be extra than shown in the video).

Once done, place the pancakes in a bowl beside each other and shape into tacos.

Fill them with yoghurt, banana, strawberries, almond slices and pistachio spread or use toppings of choice.
