Cheesy Taco Loaded Fries

    Wash the potatoes. Slice into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Spray with oil and air fry at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

    Spray a pan with oil and add the mince. Break down and cook until browned.

    Add in the red pepper, salsa, taco seasoning (save 1 tsp for the sauce) and a dash of water. Let this cook for another 5 minutes.

    Once the potatoes are cooked, add to an oven safe dish. Top with the beef mince and sprinkle over the cheddar/mozzarella. Place under the grill for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

    Make the taco sauce by mixing all the ingredients together until smooth.

    Remove the dish from the grill and drizzle over the sauce. Top with some parsley (optional).
