Mini Pesto Goats Cheese Prosciutto Pizzas

These couldn’t be easier to make! With just 2 ingredients for the base you really can’t go wrong and they’re also high in protein! Save for later

    Mix the flour and yoghurt until it comes together to form a dough. Add salt and roll into 2 balls.

    Flour a surface and roll out the balls into two mini pizzas. Place on a pizza pan/tray.

    Spread over the pesto and sprinkle over the cheddar. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and red onion. Break up the prosciutto and add this to the top. Crumble over the goats cheese.

    Place in the oven at 200°C or higher (depending on your oven) and let this cook for 25-30 minutes until the base is crispy.
