Ingredients

Directions

    Dice the chicken breast. Season with the marinade ingredients and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

    Wash the potatoes then slice and season with salt and pepper. Spray with oil and air fry at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.

    Make the tzatziki by grating the cucumber and then squeeze out all the excess water with a paper towel. Add to a bowl along with yoghurt, garlic, mint leaves, dill, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.

    Add chicken to a pan on medium heat. Fry for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

    Chop the halloumi into small chunks and fry on a pan until browned.

    Heat up the flatbread according to instructions.

    Assemble with the tzatziki, lettuce, chicken, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, halloumi and more tzatziki.
