High Protein Sweet Chilli Tuna Dip

This high-protein lunch was delicious! I enjoyed the dip with pita crackers, sliced mini cucumbers, and carrot sticks (additional calories)

Ingredients

    Mix the mayo, yoghurt, coriander, spring onion, lime juice, paprika, chilli flakes, and 1.5 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Fold in the tuna, transfer to a dipping bowl, and drizzle the remaining sweet chilli sauce on top. Garnish with a coriander leaf (optional).
