Easy Pasta Sauce
This is one of my go to recipes for an easy pasta dish . You can have it plain over pasta or throw in your favourite protein.

Fry onion, garlic and peppers in olive oil until really softened and almost caramelized.

Add in herbs, tomatoes, stock, tomato purée and sugar stir to combine.

Add your protein too if adding (make sure you have browned first).

Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 15 mins until sauce is thickened and silky in appearance.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper (a must).
