Preheat the oven to 170 degrees c fan 190 degrees c conventional.

Add potatoes & onions to a pan. Drizzle with olive oil & season. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

Mix honey & mustard together and set aside.

Remove from the oven and add the sausages and peppers. Drizzle and toss with the honey mustard and cook for a further 25-30 minutes or until sticky and golden.
