A single serve version of the traditional Indian dish, made with ragi flour and steamed to perfection.

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix to form a smooth batter.

    Let rest for 30 minutes.

    Mix in the Eno.

  4. 4

    Pour into a ghee greased bowl.

  5. 5

    Steam for 20-25 minutes till toothpick comes out clean.

    Serve hot with ghee and molagapodi.
