    Mix and let yeast proof for 10 min.

    Knead for 10 min into a super soft dough.

    Cover with a damp towel and let rise in a warm place for 60-80 min till double in size.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.

    Make balls.

    Push them down gently with your fingers and let them rest again for 15-30 min till double in size.

    Brush with mixed fresh cream + butter.

  8. 8

    Top with toasted sesame seeds.

  9. 9

    Bake at 180°C for 23-25 min till golden.
