Ingredients: 0.25 cup cornstarch; 0.5 cup cornflakes (pulsed in a blender); bun ingredients (recipe on previous reel/short); 0.25 cup ketchup; 2 tbsp mayonnaise; 1 tbsp mustard; 4 boiled potatoes; 1 tbsp pressed garlic; 1 tbsp grated ginger; 3 green chilies; 0.25 tsp turmeric; 1 tsp cumin powder; 0.5 tbsp coriander powder; 1 tbsp chilli powder; 1 tsp chaat masala; 1 tsp garam masala; salt; 0.5 tsp pepper; 1 tbsp rice flour; 1 tbsp flax seed powder (optional)

Mash potatoes with spices.

Deepfry on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
