Whisk really well, trying to get the sugar to dissolve completely while also incorporating air into the batter.

Sift in the dry ingredients and fold them in gently.

Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

Airfry at 175°C for 8-9 min or oven bake at 180°C for 11-13 min.

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
