    Heat up a pan and add onions and garlic along with oil and salt.

    Mix and cook on low heat, stirring frequently to avoid burning.

    Cook till the onions are translucent and the bottom of the pan has started browning.

    Add a splash of water and mix, this will deglaze the pan.

  5. 5

    Repeat this process till the onions are golden brown and caramelised.

  6. 6

    Add all the ingredients to the onions and let the pasta cook covered for 10 min or till cooked through.

    Finish with cream and cheese, let the cheese melt into the sauce completely.

    Serve the pasta hot with even more Korean Chilli oil.
