    cut corners of white bread and soak in water for a few seconds

    squeeze to get rid of all the water

  3. 3

    mash and mix the bread with potatoes and seasoning till you have a dough

  4. 4

    roll the dough into balls and optionally (but highly recommended) stuff with cheese

  5. 5

    deep fry them on high heat for 3-5 minutes till crispy and golden brown

  6. 6

    if you want to airfry: 200°C for 13-15 minutes

  7. 7

    sprinkle piri piri powder on the balls and eat immediately with ketchup
