Idli shakshouka, a flavorful and spicy dish packed with idli dosa batter, tofu, and spices.

    Let the seeds pop and onions golden.

    Cook for 3 min till capsicum softens.

  3. 3

    Soak the chillies in hot water for 5 min.

    Blend everything into a bright red purée with the help of water.

    Add to the pan along with tomato purée and cook down for 7-10 min covered till there’s no raw smell.

    Mix and create space for idlis.

  7. 7

    Add ghee and the batter, cover and cook on low heat for 11 min till everything’s cooked through.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with ghee molagapodi and coriander.
