    Sauté the aromatic till golden and fragrant.

    Mince the tempeh as fine as possible to ensure maximum absorption and flavour.

    Cook it with the aromatics for 3 minutes.

    Mix in the spices and tomato puree.

    Cover and cook for 15 min till the tempeh absorbs the moisture from the tomatoes.

    Give the masala a final seasoning and it’s ready.

    Grate the cucumber.

    Mix the cucumber raita ingredients.

    Assemble the salad.

    Wrap the burrito tightly and give it a light toast on a pan.
