Serve with Mauritian garlic water & chilli sauce (lasauce l’ail ek pima crazer)

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic ginger paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, white pepper powder, and vegetable bouillon powder or msg. Stir-fry until combined.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry for another minute.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
