Biang Biang Noodles
The perfect mid week meal to whip up after school when you are and your kids are tired and hungry!

Directions

Fry off 1/2 medium white onion with white parts of spring onions.

Add meat and cook until caramelised.

Add in cooked noodles.

Pour in sauce and cook until pan is dry.

Garnish with sesame oil, green spring onion tops and chilli oil to taste.
