Marinate overnight or for around 2 hours Min.

Make sure your wooden skewers have been pre soaked in water to prevent them from burning in the airfryer.

Skewer and cook for 35 mins in the air fryer at 180.

Keep turning regularly to get a good colour and taste around all the edges.

Serve with yoghurt garlic mint sauce, tahini dressing, pickles, chilli and salads.

You can cook in a conventional oven 180 for a slightly longer period making sure you keep rotating the meat during cooking for even colour and flavour.
