    Squeeze the sausage out of the casing and smush onto the bread

    Heat a frying pan and drizzle some oil. Fry the sausage bread, meat side down for 3 mins on high until golden and cooked through. Flip and cook on the other side for 2 mins until the bread is crisp

    Meanwhile, chop your onion

    Add another glug of oil to the pan and the cumin seeds. Once they start dancing around the pan add the onion and cook for 3 mins

    Add the garlic and spices and cook for 30 seconds before tipping in your beans

    Bring to a bubble and cook for 5 mins, season with 1/2 tsp salt

    Pour your spicy masala beans over your sausage bread. Top with butter and cheese
