Emergency Fish Finger Tacos
A great hack for having some insanely tasting tacos for almost no work

Pop the fish fingers on a baking tray, drizzle with some oil and sprinkle with your seasoning and salt. Bake as package instructions (usually around 15 mins at 180C)

Make the salsa. Chop up the tomato, onion and coriander. Use a peeler to quickly shred the cabbage. Add to a bowl with the juice of a lime and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well with your hands.

Mix up the salsa with mayo and sriracha

Heat up the tortillas in the microwave

Dish up your tacos, with fish fingers, salsa, mayo and lots of hot sauce
