Sweet and Sour Chicken
Note if you have more time and wanna make it property, coat some chicken thigh pieces in cornstarch and flour, fry it and and mix with the sauce. Or just use chicken thighs with no coating :)

Cook the chicken nuggets in the oven according to the package instructions and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and red pepper, cooking until softened.

Add the tomato ketchup, pineapple juice, sugar, rice wine vinegar, water, sesame oil, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Pour this into the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked chicken nuggets to the sauce, tossing them to coat evenly. Serve over rice and enjoy.
