Sopa de Ajo

Toast the bread into some olive oil until dark. Put aside.

Add in thinly sliced garlic and fry until fragrant.

Add the bread back in, along with the smoked paprika powder.

Add 3 cups of water and chicken powder. Let cook for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk two eggs.

Swirl in the whisked eggs.

Season with salt and finish with a bit of smoked paprika powder, olive oil and black pepper.
