I’m always disappointed when I order food so I tried to make fish tacos in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Battered Fish

Apple Salsa

Tortillas

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together. Kneed for 5 minutes until smooth and cover for 20 minutes. Divide into small balls (like half the size of a golf ball). Roll out with a bit of flour until very thin. Cook in a hot pan for about 20 seconds each side. Store in a hot damp towel.

    Cut the fish into batons or chunks. Mix together flour and beer. Season with salt. Drop the fish into the batter and cover completely. Fry at 190c for about 5-6 minutes, until golden brown. If you can be bothered you can double fry for extra crispiness.

    Mix together all of the ingredients and season with salt.
