    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes and whole garlic bulbs. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Roast the tomatoes and garlic in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until they are soft and slightly caramelized. Make sure to check on them occasionally.

    While the tomatoes and garlic are roasting, prepare the whipped soft cheese mixture. In a blender, combine 3-4 tablespoons of soft cheese, 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, and salt to taste.

    Squeeze out the roasted garlic and add them to the blender.

    Blend the mixture until it becomes nice and smooth. You can adjust the seasoning if needed.

    To assemble the dish, start with a layer of the whipped soft cheese mixture on a plate. Place the roasted tomatoes on top of the cheese layer.
