Buldak Carbonara with Fried Enoki Mushrooms

    Make the sauce: Melt butter in a pan. Add Buldak hot sauce, smoked paprika, and honey or rice syrup. Stir until bubbly, then set aside.

    Prepare the batter: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add water and whisk until smooth.

    Fry the enoki: Cut off the ends of the enoki mushrooms. Dip them in the batter and deep fry until crispy. Drain excess oil.

    Coat and garnish: Brush the fried enoki mushrooms with the sauce. Garnish with fresh chives and lemon slices.

    Serve: Enjoy with Buldak Carbonara noodles and your favourite dipping sauce!
