Onion Bhajis/Pakora with Tzatziki

    Mix sliced onions, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, chili flakes, cumin, and salt in a bowl.

    Gradually add besan (gram flour) and water to form a thick batter that coats the onions. Adjust water as needed.

    Heat oil, spoon batter into hot oil, and fry until golden and crispy.

    Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

    Grate and drain the cucumber. Mix cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and Greek yogurt. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving!
