Slice the leek into thin rings and chop the parsley finely.

Heat a pan with a little vegetable oil. Add finely chopped garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Drizzle the shrimp with honey and soy sauce, stir well, and cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Pour in boiling water, then add the ramen noodles. Cook the noodles in this broth according to the package instructions, usually 3-5 minutes.

Once the noodles are done, top with the sliced leek and let it steam under the lid for 1-2 minutes.
