Cheesy Bacon Sausages

Directions

   Cut the sausages lengthwise and insert a piece of processed cheese into each one.

   Wrap each sausage with bacon and then encase them in puff pastry.

   Brush the pastry with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry turns golden brown.

   Once baked, add mustard and ketchup to taste.
