    In a large pot, mix together the spaghetti, carrots, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, garlic cloves, vegetable broth, and olive oil.

    Lower the heat to medium-low and let it simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until the spaghetti is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
