    Sift together the self-rising flour, baking powder, salt, and caster sugar in a large mixing bowl.

    Whisk the milk, eggs, and melted butter until the mixture is smooth in another bowl.

    Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, whisking until you achieve a thick batter. Add a bit more milk if the batter is too thick.

    Cover the bowl with a tea towel and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

    Pour ladles of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.

    When bubbles start to form on the surface, place a dollop of Nutella in the center of each pancake.

    Flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden brown.

    Serve the fluffy Nutella pancakes warm, with additional Nutella drizzled on top if desired.
