Baked Pomegranate Feta
I LOVE feta and crumble it often into my salads. But it’s even more delicious when it’s baked and broiled, warm and gooey. Baked and drizzled with pomegranate syrup, and you have the perfect combination of sweet and salty!

Set your oven rack at the upper third of your oven and preheat to 400 degrees F.

Place the cheese in your baking dish which has been brushed with a little olive oil, and brush the top of the cheese with olive oil too. Bake for about 10 minutes, then spoon enough pomegranate syrup to cover the top.

Broil for about 4-6 minutes until the edges begin to brown.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with more pomegranate syrup and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Serve immediately and enjoy!
