Squeeze the grated cucumber in paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Slice the onion into chunks and add them to skewers. Add the tomatoes to separate skewers. Season with olive oil and salt. Grill over indirect heat until softened then grill over charcoal until slightly charred.

Season the chopped steak with onion powder and salt. Sear in a preheated skillet over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and add the butter, garlic, and parsley. Cook to your desired doneness. Remove from heat.

Combine the garlic, butter, and olive oil in a bowl and microwave until melted (15-20 seconds). Heat the naan in a skillet over medium heat. Brush the naan with the garlic butter mixture.

Assemble the gyros with the tzatziki, garlic butter steak bites, grilled onion and tomatoes, and cucumbers.
