    Wash rice and fill water to water line (according to the instruction of your rice cooker/instant pot)

    Mix 1/2 stick of room temp butter with 1 scoop of barley miso

    Rub into salmon fillet

  4. 4

    Place salmon onto rice skin down and cook your rice how you normally would

  5. 5

    Mix well and add toppings as desired
