    Pan fry rice until crispy (let the rice sit and don’t stir it for extra crisp)

    Cut salmon into two bite-size pieces and marinade in teriyaki sauce (1/2 cup soy sauce + 2 tbsp of brown sugar)

    Pan fry until crispy

  4. 4

    Top with green onions, kewpie mayo, teriyaki sauce, and furikake

  5. 5
