    Stuff frozen beef rolls with washed and sectioned enoki mushrooms

    Store in freezer or use immediately

    Wash and prep rice as usual and top with frozen beef rolls

    Optional: add edamame and any other toppings you want

    Rice cooker: cook on normal rice setting

  6. 6

    Instant pot: five minutes high pressure 10 minutes natural release

  7. 7

    Add 2 eggs and quickly cover with lid while Rice is still hot

  8. 8

    Wait 10 minutes or until egg is fully cooked and mix well

  9. 9

    Add chili oil, soy sauce, and sesame oil

  10. 10

    Enjoy
