Saute onions and garlic until onions are translucent.

Sear chicken thighs for 2 min on each side.

Add Siracha & hoisin sauce until thoughts are generously coated in sauce.

Continue to cook until 90% cooked.

Add honey, sesame seeds, lime and cook until sauce is cooked down to the desired consistency & chicken is fully cooked.

Serve with rice and veggies of choice.
